The purpose of the work is to study the clinical and psychopathological structure and pathopsychological patterns of the formation of neurotic disorders, combined with addictions to improve the diagnosis, therapy and prevention of these conditions. Methods of research - clinical and psychopathological (analysis of complaints, medical history, anamnesis of life, assessment of the mental condition of patients, semi-structured interviews, AUDIT like tests for the detection of disorders associated with the consumption of chemical and non-chemical substances); psychodiagnostic methods (clinical questionnaire for the determination and evaluation of neurotic conditions Yakhin K.K., Mendelevich D.M., stress management strategies (SACS), methodology for diagnosing actual needs of a person, Leonhard-Shmyshek questionnaire, multidimensional scale of perception of social support (MSPSS "), The method of diagnostics of the level of social frustration of L.I. Wasserman (modification of V.V. Boyko)); methods of statistical processing using descriptive and comparative statistics methods (t - Investigator criterion, exact Fisher method), correlation and fat analysis using Exel computer software and Statistica Electronic Manual Features 6.0. The results of the research have allowed to reveal the features of the typology of neurotic disorders with addictive disorders, to identify the specificity of the structure of the addictive status in these patients, to identify the leading clinical symptom complexes, pathosychological peculiarities of patients with various forms of neurotic disorders, to identify risk factors and anti-risk of the occurrence of concomitant pathology in the form of addictive behavior in patients with Neurotic disorders, identify targets for therapeutic effects, and develop a comprehensive therapeutic intervention system.
