The purpose of scientific research is the substantiation and development of economical and mathematical methods for solving efficient process management problems in logistics systems on the basis of an improved optimization problems solution using mathematical programming with fuzzy output parameters. Achievement of the set purpose has caused the following tasks to be solved, namely: the research and analysis of the peculiarities of the transport and logistics system economic provision organization; the essence of logistic relations and scientifically grounded business methods as objects of innovative relations are analyzed; the main aspects of the innovative proposals legal protection concerning the development of logistic systems taking into account innovative relations are determined; the economic-organizational processes are investigated taking into account the innovative component in the management of the logistics system at transport enterprises. The subject of the study are theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the study the economic parameters influence of innovative technologies of logistic systems management in order to maintain the sustainable development of transport enterprises. To solve the set goal and tasks in the research work, a complex of theoretical and experimental research using statistical data processing was used; methods of mathematical modeling and programming using modern information systems.
