Research methods - optical and PL spectroscopy, photoconductivity of samples and kinetics of isotherms of adsorption; optical microscopy, CEM and ACM; Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, processing, analysis, calculations of physical parameters, computer simulation. The project was aimed at the creation of new nanomaterials based on Si / ZnO and Si / TiO2 nanocomposites, nanoclay, thin films ZnO and TiO2, and 3D nanostructures based on these compounds for use in biosensors and energy saving technologies. The project was aimed at the creation of new nanomaterials based on Si / ZnO and Si / TiO2 nanocomposites, nanoclay, thin films ZnO and TiO2, and 3D nanostructures based on these compounds for use in biosensors and energy saving technologies. New features of structural and optical properties of the interface and near-surface layers of structures on the basis of these compounds were determined. The nature of the original phenomena caused by phase transitions, optical absorption, luminescence and adsorption processes in these materials is found out; For the first time, the mechanism of influence of adsorption of biological nanoobjects on the patterns of current transfer and optical phenomena in these nanostructures was discovered, new dependencies of their physical parameters on the nature and concentration of biological macromolecules were revealed, the main energy parameters of local centers on the surface and in the volume of these materials were calculated. The degradation processes in sensory nanostructures modified by thin layers of transition metal oxides (Ti, Zn) were first studied and the main factors influencing the physical properties of these structures over time and as a result of temperature, radiation, and the like were determined. For the first time in the world, new materials of this type were developed for use in energy-saving technologies.
