The aim of this work is research of physiological and biochemical systems of the human and animal organism in conditions of various types of electromagnetic radiation, hypoxia, epilepsy and their correction with drugs of natural origin, GABA with preparations with vitamin complexes and UHF therapy. Methods of research - electrophysiological, hematological, biochemical. The study of the functional role of various types of epileptiform activity (EPA) revealed that antiepileptic drugs and GABA derivatives have different mechanisms of action in animals with different types of EPA within the same model. In some animals, EPA can spread and generalize, while in others, may be oppression. Investigation of the influence of stress on the protective systems of the body of rats has shown that the prophylactic use of preparations of biogenic origin, which have antioxidant and detoxifying properties, increases the resistance of the animal organism to the action of the negative factor - - irradiation. The study of the effect of hypoxia on physiological and biochemical indices in experimental animals showed that under hypoxic conditions the activity of pyruvate- and lactate- dehydrogenase in the organs and tissues of rats is significantly reduced. It was revealed that vitamin complexes with GABA improve, the investigated parameters are more effective than their single injections. Investigation of the effect of electromagnetic radiation on some physiological and biochemical indices in animals showed that UHF radiation two hours before -irradiation positively affects the antioxidant status, metabolic processes and the number of uniform elements in rats. The possibility of correction of the antioxidant status of the organism by preliminary UHF irradiation was shown. Thus, new results have been obtained that can be used to substantiate the possibility of using drugs of natural origin, complexes of GABA with vitamins and UHF radiation in order to stimulate adaptation mechanisms.
