The subject of the study was the state of the phyto- and mycobiota of the natural and artificial ecosystems of the north-western Black Sea in the modern environmental conditions. Object of research - biodiversity and mechanisms of functioning of natural and artificial ecosystems. The purpose of the research work is to find out the current state of phyto-and-biodiversity, its structural and functional peculiarities in the ecological conditions of natural reserve, anthropogenically transformed and other territories of the north-western Black Sea coast. New diatomic algae and mushrooms are described for science. New locations of rare species of plants and mushrooms, including those that are subject to official protection (are included in the Red Data Book of Ukraine), have been discovered. The species and taxonomic diversity of the biota of the south-west of Ukraine is specified. The anatomical features of some species of the Crassulaceae family are revealed, the influence of air pollution on the anatomical structure of the present is shown. The biological and anatomical peculiarities of spelt and polba in the southern steppe zone of Ukraine have been studied. The influence of growth-stimulating drugs on some decorative and vegetable crops and grapes has been described. The composition of foreign plants (Asian, Mediterranean, American) in the flora of Odessa have been studied. The report is presented on 289 pages, including appendices (41 pages). The material is divided into 11 sections. The report also has 2 appendices. Appendix A contains a list of 229 scientific papers published on the theme № 103, including 5 monographs or their parts, 67 articles in professional editions, 14 other articles, 139 theses and articles in conferences materials, including 18 sources in foreign languages (English).
