We determined the pragmatic nature of grammatical phenomena in correlation with language, psychocognitive, discource and social aspects. Due to the detailed analysis of conditions for different-level language units functioning as to the inner-and-outer factor effect on speech community we distinguished compulsory elements, that are necessary for equivalent comprehension of the utterance, and obligatory ones, the use of which is determined by sociocultural factors.
