The purpose of the research work is to develop theoretical bases and methodological recommendations for ensuring effective quality management of the training of specialists in higher educational institutions of Ukraine in the European integration conditions. The purpose of the work has necessitated the following tasks: research on the educational development methods based on innovations; research, demarcation and identification of requirements of the subjects of educational activities - teachers; conducting search and substantiation of crossing points of the criterial requirements of conducting educational activity and professional growth; definition of the directions of formation of the realistic perception of the future profession by students-economists; ensuring competitiveness of training of specialists according to the level of international standards; developing a mechanism for promoting academic mobility; generalization of the conceptual foundations of the development of personnel and methodical potential in the field of training specialists in management, economics and finance in the residential sector of the region's economy; development of proposals for the implementation of the marketing complex of the higher educational institution on the basis of the marketing-mix concept "5P"; study of problems, ways and methods of formation of economic thinking at a foreign student of a technical higher educational establishment; the development of a hierarchical model of methods for managing the quality of education in higher educational institutions of Ukraine in the framework of European integration, through the application of a formalized method of analysis of hierarchies.
