Project description: the purpose of our research is to develop complex emotional and volitional diagnostic evaluation system for young patients in the area of anti-terrorist operation (ATO), to develop and justify some medical and psychological rehabilitation services for children and teenagers in the ATO area. Research Methods: the following methods have been used during our investigation: anthropometric, diagnostic, physiological, psychiatric, clinical, clinical-laboratory, biochemistry, statistics. The Research Work effectiveness: Medical effect: early detection of emotional and volitional features, which may be a prerequisite for the development of neurotic disorders development, increased provision of medical and psychological rehabilitation services to young patients in the ATO area; effective mental disorders development occurrence prevention for young patients. Social effect: emotional well-being of children and teens maintaining, psychological and physical health improvement, risk of children neuropsychiatric diseases development reduction. Economic benefit: lower material costs in the state hospital treatment measures, maintaining the health of future human resource potential. Results of research can be used by higher education institutions and postgraduate training in medical health care centers in psychological care for children. Project study feasibility. It is planned to develop adequate diagnostic system for detecting disorders of emotional and volitional spheres of children and adolescents in the ATO area; to develop and justify a system of treatment and medical and psychological rehabilitation services for children and adolescents in the area of anti-terrorist operation (ATO). This will allow us to identify the preconditions for the development of neurotic states among children, increase the level of medical and psychological rehabilitation assistance to children's contingent in the ATO area, make possible to prevent psycho-neurotic disorders development; reduce material costs for inpatient care; replenish patients' psychological conditions, harmoniously develop personality in standby state. Scope: The results of research and research in general, can prevent mental disorders in the population living in the ATU zone by timely detection of maladaptive mental states, improve the quality of providing highly qualified medical and psychological assistance. Economic efficiency: preservation of the state's labor resources, reduction of material costs for inpatient treatment. The results of research can be used in higher education institutions, as well as in postgraduate training of doctors in health care institutions.
