As a control group, 40 children of the appropriate age were selected, for the duration of the examination they did not carry the viruses of the Herpesviridae family. All children were vaccinated according to age. Objective: to determine the specific features of the formation of a specific immune response in persons of different age groups of patients with chronic recurrent herpesvirus infection when using vaccine preparations of various types. Methods of research: immunological, serological, clinical, statistical. Among the children examined, the clinical signs of chronic viral infections (lymphadenopathy, granularity of the posterior pharynx) were more often detected than in the control group. In children with chronic herpesvirus infection (CHVI), infection with two or more viruses of the Herpesviridae family exceeded 90%. Antibodies to four representatives of herpesviruses had more than 52% of the children examined. Children with CHVI have an imbalance in the humoral immune response to vaccination. A significant percentage of children with CHVI have unbalanced specific humoral immunity (hypo- and hyperproduction of specific antibodies) to infections that are inoculated. The results of our studies indicate that the overall total response of the T, B and phagocytic immunity to vaccination in children with CHVI in whom no prolonged immunity is observed is significantly lower than in the control group in which protective antibody titers are formed. A certain imbalance and a decrease in the relative number of different populations of memory T cells in response to vaccination with different types of vaccines in children with CHVI compared with healthy children indicates a violation in the mechanisms of formation of cellular immune memory. A method for determining the functional activity of lymphocytes on the bio analyzer Agilent 2100 allows to register the degree of proliferation of lymphocytes with the use of monoclonal antibodies to the BrdU protein, to substantially reduce the time of obtaining the results of the reaction due to automatic processing, accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data. In order to obtain full-fledged specific immunity in children, it is recommended to be vaccinated simultaneously with a medical examination of the child, to conduct a laboratory examination in which, in addition to mandatory clinical analyzes, herpesviral loads and basic immunological parameters will be determined.
