Taking into account that during the years of Ukraine's independence, the forms have been producing by six manufacturers who repeatedly changed their design and protection elements, the research work contains a description and qualitative illustrations of each form with enlarged fragments of images; due to this the image can be used as reference samples for expert examinations. Based on the received information, as well as on the results of generalization of scientific, technical and informational sources, it is proposed a unified methodical approach and algorithm of solving the issue of conformity of the studied forms to notarial documents to the established samples.
