A number of different surfactant polymers have been obtained by template synthesis. Obtained nanoparticles were 5 - 42 nm depending on templates. The relaxation features of electronic excitations and mechanisms of energy transfer from matrix to luminescent impurities are established. The minimum effective size of the nanoparticles for luminescent markers usage was defined as 25 nm.
