The developed methodology may also be suitable for the development of a new class of crystalline nanocomposites with controlled crystallization. Using the method of X-ray diffraction analysis, we have detected and confirmed for the first time the growth effect of ADP and KDP nanocrystallites in mesopores of a nanoporous Al2O3 matrix. The crystals that were found in pores of diameter 35 nm and 50 nm were grown in the direction [100], which coincides with the direction of production of these cylindrical pores. In addition, for the first time, we investigated the nonlinear optical effect using the generation of the second harmonic using Maker fringe techniques using picosecond pulsed lasers at a wavelength of 1064 nm. A new method for measuring the refractive indices of materials in the subTHz range for samples of small sizes was presented. This method is easier to execute and requires considerably less hardware. According to the previous theoretical prediction of the error of determining the refractive index based on the modernized setup, it will have competitive advantages with world analogues in the accuracy of measuring refractive indices of crystalline materials, as well as nanocomposite materials with different nanofillers. In addition, using the OpenCL parallel computing technology, we have improved existing software for 3D spatial anisotropy analysis and the search for a global maximum of induced optical effects, which has reduced the waiting time for analyzing of 1 experiment in 36 times (from 12 h to 20 min). In order to predict the structure of nanocomposites, an algorithmic model was developed for analyzing and studying possible interactions in nanoporous structures, primarily to study the effective refractive index of projected crystalline nanocomposites based on the use of Bezier curves.
