Research methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of research is the dialectical method of cognition. For realization of tasks were used: monographic method; economic-statistical method; abstract logic, balance, extrapolation method, integral method. The main research results are: improvement of organizational and methodological principles of audit and control activities of agricultural enterprises; improvement of methodical aspects of the creation and use of the depreciation fund in the business entities of agrarian sector; further development of methods of management of investment processes in the context of optimizing the tax burden on business structures; improvement of the methodology of institutional regulation of investment development of enterprises in the food industry, and accounting and analytical support of management of investment-innovative processes in the agricultural enterprises; a further development of the basic dominants of the organization of system of information support of accounting of agrarian formations. Key results of the research have found practical application in the development of programmes of economic development of macro - and macro-levels of economic governance, in particular: 1) the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine with the rationale for the introduction of mechanisms of institutional regulation of investment processes and accounting for investment flows in the food industry; 2) Department of economic development of Chernihiv regional state administration; 3) "Agroturistica" ltd. the Razdelnyansky district of Odessa region, "Vasilisa" ltd. the Razdelnyansky district of Odessa region.
