The staff of the department during 2015-2017. Scientific work was carried out on the mentioned state budget scientific research topic. The object of the study is the European state-legal and cultural-historical processes in the South of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the historical reconstruction of socio-economic, educational, ecclesiastical, legal and linguistic processes in the South of Ukraine in the chronological framework of the second half of the XIX century - the beginning of the XXI century. The work traces the contribution of Jewish scientists in the scientific life of Odessa (the pen of the 20th century), the creative activity of outstanding artists and students of the Odessa art school (the other half of the nineteenth century - the seventies of the twentieth century), the coexistence of "small churches and traditional confessions in the occupation space of the South of Ukraine (1941-1944), the organization of the educational process in the rural schools of Transnistria in 1941-1944 was reproduced, the activities of the Mykolaiv regional organization of the NRU in the constitutional process of Ukraine (1991 1996 ). The forms of interference between the norms of international and national law in the context of the integration of legal systems, the prerequisites for solving the problems of the adaptation of the norms of national law with European and international legislation, and the influence of the norms of international law on the norms of national law are explored. Some aspects of the problem of the place of intercultural communication and the technology of selecting texts for reading in the process of studying the Ukrainian language as a foreign language have been worked out. And also the mental features of the terminology for the designation of related relations in the modern Ukrainian language and the morphological design, the main types and ways of forming anthroponyms in the prose works of Panas Mirny. The system approach in the proposed state budget work is based on a wide, diverse field of historical, legal and linguistic-literary sources and modern techniques. The analysis of historiography represented by the achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scientists contributed to the achievement of impartial, objective and synthesized conclusions put by all participants of the project, which will be embodied in practical and scientific fields. The results of the scientific heritage during 2017 are reflected in 19 articles with the volume of 6.77 bp. Of this number, 3 articles are printed abroad, including in scientific and metric publications - 2, with a total volume of 4.56 bp. The total volume is -11.33 bp.
