At the same time an imbalance in the ratio and content of NOS isoforms is observed in the studied brain structures. Nitrites and nitrotyrosine content in the blood plasma of rats with simulated endocrine-salt hypertension increases by 18% and 19.5%, respectively in comparison with control group.
