The aim of the work is to establish quantitative and qualitative characteristics of histogenetic reconstructions of myocardium of the heart, histostructural and ultrastructural changes in the chambers of the heart, formation of the insertion disk and mitochondria of the working myocardium at the stages of ontogenesis in normal and experimental conditions. Methods of investigation: histological, immunohistochemical, electron microscopic, three-dimensional computer modeling, modeling of liver development arrest, maternal dehydration and prenatal hypoxia, morphometric, biometric. The study was the first to conduct an ultrastructural analysis of the formation, reactions, and rearrangements of various types of mitochondria and intercellular compounds of the contractile CMC of the ventricles and atria, developed under the conditions of chronic intrauterine hypoxia in the ontogenesis stages. It is shown that the severity of alternative changes and compensatory-adaptive reactions are different in the heart, within the heart wall and depends on the morphofunctional heterogeneity and intracellular localization of the mitochondria. It was found that the changes in the CMC of the atria 3 days after the acute prenatal hypoxia (on the 16th day of embryogenesis) are manifested by a violation of the mitochondrial structure, a significant inhibition of myofibril accumulation, a decrease in the numerical density and the relative volume of secretory granules. Before birth, most of the morphometric parameters are restored and approximate to the control values, but the nature of the expression SMA and changes in the degree of orientation of myofibrils in the left atrium indicate the stability of posthypoxic damage, stored up to the 30th day of postnatal ontogeny.
