According to the results of cosmological simulations, complex networks formed by the distribution of galactic halo and the topological structure of this distribution have been investigated. According to the results of extragalactic surveys of the sky, complex networks created by luminous galaxies, both in physical space and in the space of astrophysical characteristics, have been investigated. In turn, for the quantum physics problems, a connection between the structure of a quantum state and the structure of a physical graph on which the quantum system is located was established. A connection between the Lee-Yang zeros for the system consisting of spins of arbitrary type and the observed physical quantities of the test spinwas obtained.
