An analysis of the existing technology to produce uranium ore has made it possible to establish that more than 0.01% uranium ore containing chamber systems for the development of hardening stowing is removed, and a significant amount of uranium ore reserves within the mine fields is very poor with a content of less than 0.01% and in the present time is not exploited. It is established that the thermochemical methods for the development of hydrocarbon and mineral raw materials do not adequately address the stability of wells, which depends on the SSS of the rock massif and its physical and mechanical properties. New patterns of gas hydrates formation from the methane air mixture of degassing wells are revealed, depending on methane concentration, pressure and temperature parameters, which is described by exponential dependence. A new unique method of physical modeling for the study of physical and chemical and technological parameters of the uranium leaching process in the destruction of rock mass in a block in a compressed medium, based on the use of the P-theorem as a criterion of similarity between the physical and the laboratory model, was created. The phasing of the modeling process with the study of final products and leaching parameters is proposed. Formulated and solved basic geomechanical problems of the research of the SSS of the rock mass during the extraction of hydrocarbon raw materials by the wells method, consisting in the integrated consideration of wells, the stability of which must be ensured during the exploitation of an underground gas generator, namely: the vertical part, which crosses the small-scale rock massif, parts of the well with radius rounding and the horizontal part along the coal seam with the intersection of geological faults. The parameters of geomechanical models for the research of the SSS of rock massif, considering the physical and mechanical characteristics, approximate to the real conditions of the Lviv-Volyn basin, have been created and substantiated. The regularities of changing the destructive wells of stresses from the radius of its rounding are established. A new technological scheme for the production of poor uranium ores by a combined method based on the synthesis of the chamber system of development and leaching technology, which eliminates the need for the extraction of minerals to the surface and its transportation to the enrichment plant, material costs and the number of employees involved in the subsequent laying of the camera mixtures, is developed and substantiated. The parameters of the work of a three-component system based on underground gas generator, heat recuperator and cogeneration unit on the basis of the established regularities of temperature field distribution around the underground gas generator and the output of generator gases with the orientation on the concrete consumer of commodity products are substantiated. The developed technological scheme of intensification of processes of formation of gas hydrates allows in continuous mode to receive high-quality gas hydrates with an average content of hydrocarbons 90 - 96%. This is ensured by activating the centers of crystallization of the gas hydrate in the process of the nature of the interaction of counter flows of gas and mine water at a temperature of 1 - 3°C and a pressure of 6 to 8 MPa. The given technological scheme also provides for the possibility of temporarily storing gas hydrates in the hydrotreatment complex itself, with subsequent shipment and transportation of the objects of the industrial-economic complex.
