The purpose of the work is a comprehensive study of structural, luminescent and dosimetric properties of ceramic materials based on nanopowders YAlO3: Mn for dosimetry of ionizing radiation. In this work, series of nanocrystalline and ceramic samples of YAlO3: Mn were obtained by different methods under different synthesis conditions. The complex investigation of structural, luminescent and dosimetric properties of ceramic materials based on nanopowders YAlO3: Mn for dosimetry of ionizing radiation has been carried out. The features of the thermal fading of thermoluminescence, as well as the OSL-response of YAlO3:Mn ceramic samples after thermochemical treatments and irradiation by various types of ionizing radiation in comparison with monocrystalline samples were established.
