The subject of the research is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the creation and application of technologies of information, pedagogical and medical and biological orientation for harmonious spiritual and psychomotor development, improvement of health and prevention of diseases of people of different age groups. Methods of research: analysis of literary data, general scientific methods of research, experimental methods, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results. The concept of individualization of training of athletes, developed in various sports: aesthetic sports, sports games, martial arts, is developed. The concept of application of non-traditional technologies for prevention of injuries and restoration of working capacity is developed. The application of methods of prevention and treatment of injuries, one of which is a method of using mummies with medicinal plants and psychotraining, is substantiated. The concept of harmonious intellectual and motor development of people of different age groups is developed. The developed concept is applied in fitness. The technique, which allows to develop not only power capabilities, but also strengthen the ligament apparatus, has a positive effect on the state of the cardio-respiratory system and mental performance. In women, there was a significant impact of body mass in conjunction with the experience of fitness on the heart rate during recovery. The concept of harmonious development is used in the training of children 6-7 years in the pursuit of intellectual games in combination with physical exercises. The basic conditions of training for motor actions of children 6-7 years old have been formed: 1 - a support on figurative thinking; 2 - wide application of basic movements, running, jumps, throws, shock moves, lasagna; 3 - taking into account the ergonomic features of the child; 4 - the use of a holistic learning method. The theoretical concept of regulation of speed of running by a nervous system at sportsmen with a violation of visual function is developed. The fact of a higher degree of influence of the level of disturbances of the work of the upper and lower extremities on the psychophysiological functions of paralympic athletes in table tennis is revealed, in comparison with the influence of the functional class.
