The flowerage of the honeysuckle by Ukrainian selection have a high frost resistance. The main stages of the micropropagation of honeysuckle: sterilization of explants, proliferation, rooting and adaptation were optimized. The newly selected sterilizing agent is less toxic. Selected main types of mediums and concentrations of growth stimulants for propagation and rooting explants. The stage of the adaptation for the conditions in vivo is scratched. The authors researched the effect of biostimulants (Regoplant, Stympo) on the green cuttings. The treatment of maternal plants by biostimulants improved rooting of green cuttings and their functional state of leaf plate.
