Structural, surface, optical and other physical and chemical properties of TiO2 and ZnO hybrid nanostructures were studied. The influence of adsorption of proteins on the surface of TiO2 and ZnO samples on the photoluminescence properties was established for the purpose of developing optoelectronic biosensors. The mechanism of interaction between TiO2 nanoparticles deposited on glass and proteins of the immune complex of bovine leukemia virus gp51 in nanobiointerface during the formation of TiO2 based photoluminescence immunosensor has been developed. According to the received data, three joint articles are submitted to professional journals and four applications for participation in conferences.
