The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of management of the project redevelopment by developing models, methods and information technology to determine the optimal functional purpose of the product redevelopment project. The subject of the study is the models and methods for determining the optimal functional purpose of the product of the redevelopment project. Research methods. The theoretical basis of scientific research is the position of the theory of project management. The development of the model of elements of the turbulent environment of the redevelopment project in the process of interaction with the redevelopment project and the model of the range of the availability of functional assignments was carried out with the use of the theory of graphs. Using the utility theory, a dynamic utility function of the investor was constructed as a component of the discrete optimization problem of choosing an optimal functional purpose in a precise formulation. Methods of system analysis have been used in the analysis of a plurality of types of functional assignments of the real estate object. Methods of expert evaluations (method of interviewing) is applied with the improved method of estimating the influence of elements of a dynamic environment on the project of redevelopment. The mathematical apparatus of the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic is used in the development of a method for determining the functional purpose of a product of a redevelopment project (FPPPR) under conditions of fuzzy input data. On the basis of the results of the performed research, the actual scientific and applied task is developed and solved the development of models and methods for managing the content of the redevelopment project taking into account the interests of stakeholders through a multicriteria choice of the optimal functional purpose of the product of the redevelopment project. On the basis of the researches and practical implementation of the presented methods, the methodical and software implemented in the activity of EFA Zhytlobud-2 of Kharkiv, as well as in the educational process of the Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture, was developed.
