The purpose of the work is to develop software for numerical implementation of the problem of modeling and optimal design of complex systems. Methods of research - mathematical methods of process analysis, artificial neural networks (SNN), integer genetic algorithm compatible with the method of sliding admission, the method of finite elements (ITU). The software for numerical realization of the problem of modeling and optimal design of complex systems, namely, "Computer program Discrete optimization of corrosive constructions using the method of sliding admission" was developed, which received the certificate of Ukraine on the registration of copyright in the work (date of registration 18.05.2017). The control of the error of the calculations of restrictions functions is realized on the basis of models of corrosion deformation of SSK and artificial neural networks. The use of programmed means allowed to reduce computing costs when solving the problems considered more than five times compared with known calculations. A number of computational experiments were carried out, the results of which confirm the efficiency, accuracy and correctness of the work of the developed software. With its use, a number of tasks have been solved to reduce the metal-smelting of corrosive SHCs.
