The aim of the work is efficiency increasing of the aero-gas protection systems of industrial enterprises by introducing measuring control of the dust concentration and dispersion, the methane concentration and the explosiveness limits of the dust-methane-air mixture. Research methods are based on the fundamental principles of the information-measuring systems theory, the probability theory and mathematical statistics, the random processes theory, the theory of planning a scientific experiment, the computer simulation. Results and their novelty: the model for determining the lower explosive limit of the dust-gas mixture, based on the Le Chatelier's law and empirical dependencies, has been improved. It, unlike the existing ones, takes into account changes of the destabilizing factors complex, which will improve the accuracy of critical limits determining of the dust-gas mixture explosiveness. For the first time, the structural-algorithmic organization of the information-measuring systems of the methane and dust concentration has been proposed and implemented. It, unlike the existing ones, is based on measuring monitoring of parameters and factors that determine the explosiveness lower limit of the mine atmosphere at the initial stages.
