Purpose of R&D - modernization of contact digital thermograph by equipping it with automatically expert system for thermograms processing. Research methods - quantitative analysis of thermograms by statistic and neuronet methods. Based on researches of mammary glands thermograms for woman, who were also diagnosed by traditional methods (X-ray, US, Biopsy), quantitative indicators for temperature field of mammary glands surface were estimated and comparative analysis of normal and pathological processes was made. Protocol for results of analysis was compelled. Different models for prognosis of mammary gland pathologies were built. It is established, best indicators for prognosis are provided by non-linear MLP model. It is presented in the program that was developed and integrated within acting prototype contact digital thermograph TCD-1. Modernization of contact digital thermograph was made for decreasing of cost and increasing of mammary glands pathology diagnosis speed, first of all for tumorous at early stage.
