The procedure of mediated Agrobacterium transformation of plants of rare species of the genus Crambe by the method of leaf discs was carried out. Analyzing the content of biologically active compounds, it has been found that in plants cultivated under aseptic conditions, the content of hydroxycholic acids, polyphenolic compounds and flavonoids increases in comparison with culture plants in vivo. In addition, significant differences in the composition of the fatty acids of extracts from the leaves of aseptic plants have been noted. The possibility of increasing the content of biologically active compounds in the green mass as a result of the cultivation of plants of rare species of the genus Crambe in vitro is shown.
