The physicoche mical and biological aspects of the biomethanogenesis process have been in vestigated and found out, the sequence of biochemical processes in the biogas production has been established. The species composite on of the output substrate for biomethanogenesis and its microbiological characteristics have been determined. A new environmentally safe technological process which ensures the rational use of natural resources (excessive cyanobacteria biomass) has been created. The constructional features of the biomethanogenic plant have been developed. Calculations have been given which make it possible to use the obtained practical results on an industrial scale, as well as the main parameters for calculating the model of biogas plant structural elements, in particular, the concentration columns. The biomethanogenesis process in laboratory conditons has been simulated. The environmental and economic importance of cyania and the prospects for the ir biomass effective use have been determined and the scientific basis for safe technology for cyanobacteria biomass processing have been substantiated. A virtual complex of the technological process for the methane and fertilizer production has been developed from mono- and multi substrates base don the cyanobacteria biomass and other hydro biontmass forms, as wellastraditionals ources of organic substances (agricultural waste, household waste, dead leaves, etc.).
