Methods of research - a complex of epidemiological, bacteriological, serological, molecular genetic and statistical methods of research. During 2007-2017, materials from children under five years old with acute intestinal infections were studied. The isolated genotypes of rotavirus differed in a wide variety, the 5 most common were G1P [8], G3P [8], G4P [8], G9P [8], G2P [4]. A significantly more severe clinical course of gastroenteritis caused by the genotype G1P [8] in children under 2 years of age was noted.
