At patients who received standard therapy after 2 weeks of treatment it was noted leukocytosis, a neytrofiliya, a limfopeniye that is explained by increase of bacteriemia and intoxication and also formation of system of inflammation. Indicators from white blood testify to the high level of the endogenous intoxication caused by generalization of tuberculosis and other opportunistic infections and also to considerable defeats of immune system. At patients to whom intravenous administration of Ig G was added to a course of treatment, decrease in level of leukocytes, neutrophils, increase in level of monocytes and lymphocytes was noted that has an anti-inflammatory action of " Bioven mono" of Ig G.
