In children born prematurely, the immaturity of the immune system is noted. A statistically significant decrease in the level of immunoglobulins A, G and M, T-killers, macrophages and B-lymphocytes was noted. It has been shown that the combination of probiotic with vitamin D3 is the most effective means of normalizing immunity in newborns. In the second part of the study, it was shown that high-frequency oscillation of the chest is one of the innovative methods of restoring bronchial tree drainage and improving the function of external respiration in children with acute community-acquired pneumonia. A total of 56 children (main group (OG) - 36 children; control group (CG) - 20) aged 6-16 years with AOP were examined. The findings suggest a beneficial effect of the method on the clinical symptoms of the disease.
