According to the X-ray diffraction analysis, in ionic structures I-IV anions and cations are combined with systems of H-bonds NH???F, OH???F. The values of solubility I - IV in water (0.82, 1.02, 0.58, 0.002 mol. %) and some organic solvents were determined. Degree of hydrolysis of I-IV in 1 10-4 M aqueous solutions is 80,5, 88,5, 85,3, 97,8 %. The results of the determination of caries prophylactic efficiency (СPE) of NaF, (NH4)2SiF6 and I-IV compounds showed that these substances significantly reduced the number of carious lesions by 9.1, 27.7, 6.8, 11.4, 45.5, 45,5 %, i.e. III and IV show a maximum CPE that exceeds a similar figure for NaF 5 times.
