Study of risk factors was conducted as traditional observational cross-checked based on 16-items questionnaire. Aim of study was analysis of factors associated with risk of atopic dermatitis in children. It was revealed that fact of atopic condition in one of parents in family history increased risk of atopic conditions in children in 30-times. Early introduction of solid food to child's menu, which was revealed in 36 % patients with atopic dermatitis, increased risk in 13,5-times. It was also determined that consume of obligate allergens by pregnant woman also significantly increased risk of atopic dermatitis. For optimization of management of children with atopic dermatitis it's necessary to account for risk factors and to perform the prevention by creating of target groups.
