On the example of nanosystems with In0.52Al0.48As barriers and In0.53Ga0.47As wells as an element of quantum cascade detectors and lasers, an analysis of the dependences of the spectral parameters of quasi-stationary states of the electron on the size of the boundary layers was performed. The theory of the spectrum of a localized two-level quasiparticle renormalized by interaction with polarization phonons at a cryogenic temperature is developed based on the generalized method of the Feynman-Pines diagram technique. A partial summation of boundless series of main diagrams yields a mass operator in a compact form of branched chain fraction. The influence of multiphonon processes and inter-level interaction of a quasiparticle with phonons on the spectrum of the system is investigated.
