It has been established that the electrolytic hydrogenation of the alloy causes the formation of a surface layer of titanium hydride, which is characterized by significant internal stresses caused by absorbed hydrogen. In the case of intensive hydrogenation, these stresses cause cracking of the surface layer along the wire generator to form a delamination along the entire length of its hydrogenation working area. In the place of delmination, the stresses are relaxed, resulting in the wire bending over the entire length of the working area. The results obtained in the work do not have analogues.
