The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the system of dialectically interconnected principles of scientific knowledge, methodological approaches and methods of scientific research, the application of which is based on the need for an objective and comprehensive analysis of processes and phenomena that arise during the implementation of police activities (ibid., P. h. regarding the provision of police services) in Ukraine. Achievement of the goal and realization of research tasks were carried out with the help of complex application of such scientific methods: documentary method, logical and comparative analysis of legal acts, methods of summarization, sampling, grouping, comparison, generalization of the obtained results, methods of theoretical and practical interpretation of the obtained results. The results of the research work are proposals on improving the legal regulation and organization of providing police services in Ukraine, including the need for further legal regulation of procedural aspects. Also, the practical results obtained constitute a significant scientific-theoretical and practical interest.
