Aim of study: to establish the features of the transformation of compounds of nutrients and toxic elements and to improve the scientific basis of organic production in the parcel farms of settlements of the forest-steppe. Research method: In carrying out the work use laboratory and field methods, mathematical and statistical analysis and comparative computational methods in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system ISO 3973-2000. It has been established that under conditions of organic production, the parameters of the agrochemical and ecotoxicological soil conditions in households of residential areas do not correspond to the state of native soils. It has been experimentally proved that the ecological imbalance in agroecotopes occurs with a significant variation (V> 20%) of soil fertility indicators of agrocenosis relative to native soil. The regularities of violations in the natural distribution of substances and elements by organic production in ecotopes of parcel farms of settlements are revealed. The accumulation of biogenic and toxic elements is due to: the disruption of the natural circulation of elements and compounds in the ecosystem caused by the use as a fertilizer of substances that are not the product of a specific agroecosystem; the use of fertilizers, unbalanced in content of the main biogenic elements; non-standardized use of organic fertilizers; lack of prior ecotoxicological examination of fertilizers. Developed the methodological recommendations "Production of organic crop production within rural residential areas" were developed, in which specific elements of technologies of cultivating agricultural crops for organic production in parcel farms of agricultural lands of agricultural landscapes were proposed.
