The purpose of the work is to ensure the quality and reliability of the monitoring of the thermal insulation characteristics of the enclosing structures during the energy certification of buildings and the implementation of energy-efficient measures. New types of sensors with thermal shunts and correction were developed using modern metrological support for reproduction and transfer of a heat flux measurement unit, which made it possible to expand the lower limit of measurement range to 1 W/sq. m and reduce measurement errors to ± 1.5 ... 3%. A measuring system was developed according to the modular construction principle using various modifications of heat flux sensors, which made it possible to measure simultaneously in different zones and study enclosing structures of complex configuration. A combined test method was implemented, which made it possible to reduce the influence of the subjective factor on the measurement.
