The research was conducted at the "Askaniske " farm in Kherson region. The object of research is the soil quality indices for different types of its basic cultivation, the effect of salicylic acid on plant growth and development. The goal of the research is to develop suitable management practices based on novel and holistic approaches of crop rotation and cover crops with plant stress alleviator (salicylic acid) under NT that help to improve soil quality, water- and nutrient-use efficiency, reduced greenhouse gas emission, and economic crop productivity with enhanced agroecosystem services, based on US technology, practices and experiences acquired over the years. Methods of research: analytical, mathematical modeling, field and laboratory research, system analysis, Remote Sensing. The contact between soybean productivity, the main types of soil cultivation and use of a specimen (salicylic acid) for increasing productivity and adaptation to drought in southern Ukraine is established.
