The purpose of the research is to develop methods for the formation of high-quality relief micro-sized structures on the surface of polymer and metal materials for the production of ophthalmologic and optical devices. Results - An experimental test bench was created to measure the resolution of images using test bar codes. The algorithm of visual acuity determination according to the resolution of microprismal elements is proposed. The proposed optical measurement scheme for transmitting microdriven elements, consisting of three lenses, a tube and a focusing lens, is proposed. The light source should be a laser diode. The method of optimization of Fresnel lenses is proposed. The method of creation of a plane spherical Fresnel mirror is proposed, and the methods of modeling its optical and mechanical properties are shown.
