Synthesized compounds are characterized by chromatospasm spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy methods on H1 nuclei. All synthesized compounds did not exhibit cytotoxic effects at concentrations up to 100 мкM / l. The activity of these compounds on the human ASIC1a channels in the cells of the HEK 293 line has been investigated. The property of these compounds has been found to inhibit the activity of hASIC1a in a concentration-dependent manner. Investigations of the influence of the most active compounds on behavioral reactions and electrical activity of the hippocampus of experimental animals in vivo have been carried out.
