The purpose of the research work is the development and creation of the newest elements of superconducting electronics based on the hybrid Josephson environment using the superconductor and magnet. Research methods: record of the temperature dependence of the resistance of contacts, recording of current-voltage characteristics in a wide temperature range, measurement of the switching speed of branches of current-voltage characteristics. It is shown that in a fairly large electric field, due to the injection of "hot" electrons through contacts with manganites, it is possible to accelerate the diffusion of oxygen vacancies by one million times. Physical conditions of realization of this situation are found. Note that the scope of this result is not limited to manganites. But it is necessary that it be a source of "hot" electrons (with energy exceeding the activation energy of the ion). The tendency to phase separation in manganites also manifests itself at low temperatures, but already under the influence of the nonequilibrium situation created by the injection of hot carriers. Such studies have discovered the phenomena of ambiguity of the current-voltage characteristics, when, after feeding to the microcontact of the current pulse, its resistance varied in tens or hundreds of times.
