Aspergillus and Сandida species based on the structure-activity relationship analysis of previous compounds – N-Myristoyl transferase inhibitors. The virtual library of new structures was generated using the chemoinformatic methods and pharmacophore search technology. It was selected, synthesized and investigated 50 compounds against of 12 species of the above fungi. It was revealed 6 effective antifungal agents, 2 of them demonstrate the wide spectrum ofantifungal activity the level of that is determined within the limits of activity of commercial preparates fluconazole and tebuconazole.
