The modifications of the pseudorandom bit sequence generator (PBSG) on the basis of the modified Fibonacci additive generator (MFAG), suggesting the introduction of additional structural elements - logic circuits into the structures of generators, are proposed. This made it possible to significantly improve the statistical characteristics of the output signal. The complex analysis of the main characteristics of modified PBSGs including their period of repetition, statistical characteristics, volume of key information (key length), speed and processability are carried out. The structure of GVVBP on the basis of MFAG with the block of providing statistical safety (BPSS) is developed, in which, in comparison with the MFAG without BPSS, a longer period of repetition and better statistical characteristics are provided with the same number of binary digits of structural elements. The principles of construction of Poisson pulse sequence generators are considered. The main attention is paid to their hardware implementation on the basis of generators of pseudorandom numbers. Methods of estimating the quality of Poisson pulse sequences are described. The results of research on the characteristics of generators constructed on the basis of modified additive generators of Fibonacci have been presented. Examples of use of generators in the design of dosimetric devices are considered. In this case, simulation models of radiation sources, dosimetric detectors are presented and investigated.
