Synthesized composites based oligo-oxypropylene glycol and 2,4,6-triisocyanate (trishexamethylene) isocyanurate (tolonate HDT-90), 2,4-,2,6-toluylenedisocyanate and doxorubicin as implantable materials with prolonged antitumor and cytostatic action for treating sarcoma of soft tissues. Polymeric materials with bactericidal and bacteriostatic action on the basis of hydrophilic polyurethane urea containing triple copolymer of N-vinylpyrrolidone, vinyl acetate and vinyl alcohol, and cycloserine, which can be used in medical practice for treatment of skin tuberculosis, are synthesized. New fumarate-containing polyurethanes with cycloserine have been created, which can be used as medical adhesives for the treatment of wounds and burns. Created film-based polyurethane-urea with a sticky layer, which contains in its composition a mixture of drugs with antibacterial and pro-regenerative properties, which can be used in medical practice as film materials for covering wounds and burns.
