Are proposed several variants of realization of the pilot project of the marine accumulating power plant on the Azov-Black Sea coast of the country. The technological feature of the operation of the marine APP, in comparison with the traditional solutions, is to change the pressure of water on the hydraulic units from the maximum possible - to zero at the charge and discharge of the tank-accumulator. Were determined the basic components of the accumulating power plant and were carried out the design capacity and volume energy storage.
