The process of galvanic replacement of metals (Ag, Au, Pd, Cu, Ni) on the surface of silicon, aluminum, magnesium and the conditions for the formation of nanostructured sediments have been investigated. The effect of electrolysis conditions (electrolyte composition, voltage value), electrolyzer construction on the sizes of silver nanoparticles in colloidal solutions was determined.
