The method of synthesis of nanocrystalline solid solutions based on ferrites of REE with the perovskite and garnet structure was developed. Methods of synthesis of nano-sized powders of perovskites RFe1-xCrxO3 and ferro-garnets R3-xR'xFe5O12 and R3Fe5-xMxO12 (M = Al, Ga) are developed. Nanocrystalline powders of mixed ferrites-aluminates, ferrit gallates, ferrite-chromite RZE with perovskite structure, as well as R3-xR'xFe5O12 and R3Fe5-xMxO12 (M = Al, Ga) ferro-garnets were obtained and investigated.
