A system for the exchange of scientific and technical information between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus (UkrISTEI-RCTT) was created, systematized and tested. The information and technology platform was developed and filled, in particular, research was conducted on the identification of potential consumers and developers of scientific products in Ukraine and Belarus, ways and possibilities of information exchange of scientific and technical achievements between countries were studied. The organizational and methodical mechanism of the Ukrainian-Belarusian exchange of STI was also improved, and integrated interstate information resources of UkrISTEI-RCTT were formed. A fundamentally new format for presenting technological information in the database of the Interstate Information Platform was developed.
