The object of the study is the influence of the ultrasound beam on the process of dissolution of solids in liquid solvents, mass transfer and frequency, intensity, velocity of acoustic oscillations, as well as cavitation and acoustic currents. For the subject of research: an ultrasonic reactor was chosen for the dissolution of difficult soluble substances. The purpose of the research work is to develop a mathematical model of the process of dissolution of solids in liquid solvents in conditions of ultrasonic cavitation. Clarification of the influence on the process of mass transfer, frequency, intensity, speed of acoustic oscillations, as well as cavitation and acoustic currents. This will enable the development of a methodology for calculating equipment for conducting processes for dissolving solids in liquid solvents under conditions of the action of the source of ultrasonic radiation. The performed experimental studies have shown that ultrasonic vibrations can intensify the processes of mass transfer due to the emergence of a flow in a stationary liquid and the destruction of the adjacent layer at the surface of the dissolved granule. Ultrasound is used to accelerate the dissolution of substances. At the same time there is a decrease in the proportion of sediment, is the process of dissolving the difficult soluble substances. Ultrasound allows you to not use special solvents to get a similar result. In practice, this is one of the most simple and accessible ways of processing various components and obtaining new substances. Using the results of the work published: published 2 articles, made 8 reports at conferences. Two patents for invention and utility model were obtained Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
